Shipping
We use Royal Mail as our primary carrier, as our goods are mostly lightweight and enables us to pass the
savings on to our customers by not charging high shipping charges.
United Kingdom - We send all goods by first class/international mail for a small charge. This charge is
waived for orders over £30. For those needing a priority we also offer Royal Mail Special Delivery (UK only).
This is a guaranteed next day delivery service operated by Royal Mail which delivers Monday-Saturday. Note that
any UK order over £100 is eligible for free upgrade to Special Delivery. See also turnaround and delivery times below.
International - We send all items by airmail. There is a small charge to cover the airmail costs.
Typical Delivery Times
We dispatch within two working days!
This includes custom-made tutu skirts, but please be aware that at very busy times, such as before Halloween
and Christmas, this may take a little longer. But we always try to get our goods to our customers as quickly
as possible.
Note:
1.There is a longer lead time for custom-made character skirts and satin-lined skirts of about
7-10 days.
2. Days listed below are working days, i.e. Mon-Fri. not counting Saturday.
3. Orders placed after 5pm are counted as being placed on the following working day.
4. Times below are typically for custom-made items. Ready-made items are dispatched within 24 hours

Returns
thetutushop.co.uk follows the distance selling regulations (UK) 2000. This means that you
may return any off-the-shelf item to us for a full refund (excluding delivery charges) within 7 days
of delivery providing the item is new and unused. Please note that custom-made items are excluded from
this and may only be returned if faulty or not as specified.
Faulty products may be returned after first contacting us for return instructions. Do not return goods
for any reason without first contacting us as it may then be impossible to replace or refund the item.
